For people who have DM'd me about GSoC -- apologies, I probably won't respond. I rarely use DMs. If I don't respond, it means (a) the conversation can/should be public or (b) I don't have time to answer or (c) I don't have any special guidance to add besides what has been shared publicly. FOSS thrives in the open and it can be messy at times and that's OK. Also, I'm not running any GSoC programs and as far as I know I'm not a mentor this year. Also, good luck!

I do not
On the fineract dev list, I am keeping people informed about the Fineract GSOC program, which is just starting up. There will be limited discussion here. Mentors will be announced there.
I will also NOT respond to people who DM me - same reasons as mentioned by Adam.
If there is a mentor who has not reached out to me - now is your chance.
Note that the GSOC channel by Mifos is separate.

Hi everyone,
while digging into the Loan Arrears flow today, I noticed we are using raw string concatenation to build the SQL queries instead of parameterized queries.
Because of this load on Database will increase substantially as number of users will increase.

Feel free to raise a PR to fix it! ;)
