Hi everyone! 👋 I would love a quick set of eyes on my recent PR if anyone has bandwidth. I am prototyping some infrastructure for the `fineract-client-feign` migration.
PR #5646: https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/5646 What it does: Adds E2E test scenarios for SavingsAccount insufficient balance withdrawals using Feign directly (including `FeignException` handling).
Question for the team: There is a great point in the PR comments about why I tagged the new tests with `@Skip`. I followed the existing convention pending PS-1088, but I would love the community's guidance on whether the team prefers new E2E tests to be skipped or active right now!
