Hi team, I am an aspiring GSoC contributor and would like to pick up FINERACT-817 as my first backend issue. Could someone please add my Apache Jira account to the contributors group so I can assign tickets to myself?

@Eyad Sharkawy, please see https://mifos.slack.com/archives/C028634A61L/p1782328097199329 -- Fineract uses a different chat and has its own gsoc channel. Fineract and Mifos run separate gsoc campaigns, so there's lots of opportunities to participate!

Hi @Adam Saghy, thanks again for the review and for merging FINERACT-817! I noticed the Jira ticket is still open since I don't have the permissions to assign or close it yet. Is this PR enough of a track record to be added to the Jira contributors group so I can update my tickets, or would you prefer I complete another issue first?
