I requested an ASF Jira account for Fineract on 13 Oct and it's still pending. Could someone on the PMC approve it when they have a moment?
i'd like to file two bugs I found while testing on PostgreSQL: adding a savings account charge with feeOnMonthDay but no monthDayFormat or locale returns HTTP 500 (fix ready with tests),
and a native query using a 'count' alias.
